Our keyless entry system also uses smartphone access, ensuring a smooth and secure way to enter the community.
Our apartments are designed to be ENERGY STAR CERTIFIED apartment homes with dual-pained windows, high-quality insulation and high efficiency appliances helping you save on utility costs while reducing your environmental footprint.
Each apartment home at Lucero Apartments boasts a top of the line, full size, high efficiency washer and dryer for your convenience. These appliances use less water and energy compared to traditional models, leading to lower electricity and water bills. Additionally, their reduced resource consumption helps conserve water and energy, contributing to a more sustainable and eco-friendlier lifestyle.
At Lucero Apartments residents will be conveniently billed through a 3rd party billing company for their monthly for water, sewer, trash, pest control, gas, common area electric and valet trash. Residents will be responsible for their own electric account with SRP (Salt River Project).
Residents at Lucero enjoy the convenience of having their home set up with fiber internet and cable services through Century Link should the resident choose to have these services.
At Lucero Apartments each future resident that is 18 years of age or older will need to complete an online application and sign the lease agreement.
At Lucero Apartments, the security deposit is determined by the combined credit screening of all applicants and varies by floor plan.
- One-bedroom apartments start as low as $500, based on approved credit.
- Two-bedroom apartments start as low as $750, based on approved credit.
- To help reduce upfront move-in costs, Lucero offers ePremium security deposit bonds as an alternative option.
At Lucero Apartments each future resident over the age of 18 will be required to pay a $55 application fee.
Unfortunately, residents at Lucero cannot make partial payments. We kindly ask that rent is paid in full and paid online through our resident portal.
We love our pets here at Lucero Apartments and we allow up to 2 pets per home. There is a 50-pound weight limit, and aggressive breed restrictions apply, which are as follows: Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Husky, Pit Bull, Chow, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Wolf Hybrid, Dalmatian, or any mix of these dogs. No Reptiles, Rabbits, Hamsters, Ferrets, Snakes or Rodents of any kind will be allowed. Please reach out to the team at Lucero with any specific pet questions and we will be glad to assist you.
Nestled in the heart of Lucero Apartments there is a pet park with lush greenery for your furry friends to enjoy. In addition to the exclusive pet park, we offer a pet washing station.
Residents do not have assigned parking, but covered parking spots and garages are available for rent to provide extra convenience.
Lucero Apartments features onsite oversized car garages that are available for a nominal fee.
